At Sonatora, each artwork is handcrafted and made to order exclusively for you. We stand behind the quality of every piece and offer a 14-Day Return Policy so you can shop with confidence.
Eligibility & 14-Day Window
Your order qualifies for a return within 14 days of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You decide the artwork is simply not the right fit for your space (Return for Preference).
Return Shipping Fees

Defective or Damaged Items: Return shipping is 100% Free. We will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.

Returns for Preference (Remorse): If you are returning an item simply because it does not fit your space or style, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sonatora does not charge a restocking fee.

Option A: We can provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.

Option B: You may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice (tracking required).

Exchanges
We do not support exchanges. All approved returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not send any items back to the address on your package. Our return center uses a different address, and unauthorized shipments may be refused.
To begin the return process, please contact our team at support@sonatora.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number.

The reason for the return.

For damaged/defective items: Photos clearly showing the issue.
Processing Time & Refunds
Claims and return requests are typically reviewed within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of the approval via email.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

For preference returns, the cost of the return shipping label (if provided by us) will be deducted from this refund amount.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your artwork is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@sonatora.com so we can make it right immediately.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, such as artwork that has been displayed outdoors, or personalized pieces created outside our standard catalog.
